Now 24, he turned down all manner of offers from toy companies and electronics firms around the globe to join his dad at Pickles Industries, constantly in search of the next big thing. Most of his time is spent 'brainstorming', which his best friend Phil has often commented looks pretty indistinguishable from 'goofing off'.
